Practical automation for small trades businesses

Out on jobs all day. Doing admin all evening?

Keep enquiries organised while you and your team get on with the work. We configure practical automation around your existing tools and the steps we agree together.

For small plumbing, electrical, heating, cleaning, landscaping and property maintenance teams.

Connect the enquiry admin.

Record the enquiry, send an approved acknowledgement, notify the owner and create an internal follow-up reminder.

An illustrative example

An enquiry arrives while you are on a job.

  1. 01 / Record

    The details are saved.

An agreed form provides a customer reference, contact details and requested work.

  2. 02 / Acknowledge

    The customer knows it arrived.

Your approved wording confirms receipt, without promising a quote or booking.

  3. 03 / Notify

    You know what to review.

An owner notification points you to the recorded enquiry.

  4. 04 / Remind

    A next step stays visible.

An internal reminder prompts you to check the enquiry or quote status before following up.

Illustrative workflow, subject to compatibility and agreed scope. No customer result or time saving is claimed.

How it works

Your tools. An agreed setup. A clear handover.

  1. Tell us what repeats.

Describe the task, where requests arrive and the tools your business uses. The existing Finder is a starting point.

  2. Agree the work before paying.

We check feasibility, confirm the fixed scope and explain ongoing software costs. You approve customer-facing messages.

  3. Test and hand over.

We configure your customer-owned accounts, test normal and exception cases and show you how to review errors and pause the workflow.

Your accounts stay yours. We provide a documented handover and the agreed seven-day defect support.

Your website

Make it easier to enquire, too.

If the problem starts with a confusing website journey, we can agree focused changes or a redesign through Website Upgrade from £449.

Website improvements are scoped separately from automation. Tell us what is getting in the way; we discuss the changes manually.

Detailed website review

How we assessed your Website Review Score

Five experience areas use three evidence-backed criteria each. Strong = 100; effective = 80; needs attention = 55; weak = 25. Technical foundations use the scanned connection, search context and form labels. Each area needs at least two assessed criteria. An overall score needs at least four assessed areas and twelve criteria. Only assessed areas count, equally; scores are rounded to the nearest five.

Website foundations score: /100. This is not a measured performance rating.

Why we believe this

Strong evidence: directly observed HTML attributes. Moderate evidence: wording or declared data suggests a feature. Manual validation recommended: relevance, placement, or behaviour needs checking.
